| Job Responsibilities |
The role will include but not limited to the following: –
- Lead origination and execution of mandates related to Debt Syndication, M&A, Private Equity, and Debt Resolution
- Drive Business Development and forge new client relationships
- Prepare and present Information Memorandums (IMs) and pitch decks
- Build and analyse complex Financial Models
- Conduct Project Appraisals, due diligence, and support deal closures
- Collaborate with Banks, Financial Institutions, Corporates, and PE/VC Funds

| Ideal Candidate Profile :
|
Education:
- CA/CFA/MBA (Finance) from reputed institutes will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience for Senior Manager.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience for Manager.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record in deal origination, financial structuring, and resolution of stressed assets.
- Financial Modelling from scratch and Analysis
- Knowledge of MS Office
