| Job Description
|
We are seeking a dynamic professional to support transaction management, documentation, and client servicing functions (preferably male candidate). |
| Job Responsibilities |
The role will include but not limited to the following: –
- Vetting, drafting and execute loan documents and security documents for various debt and structured finance transactions.
- Handle matters relating to Escrow, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) , Review securitization/PTC structures.
- Oversee SEBI compliance requirements related to listed debentures/unlisted Debentures.
- Monitor security creation, charge registration by CERSAI filing ,ROC And NESL ,Registration filing for security creation process with respect to the transaction.
- Coordinate with issuers, investors, legal counsels, regulators, and internal stakeholders for transaction execution.
- Assistance in Audit during Internal Audits/ SEBI Audit for SEBI related Products.
- Manage trusteeship operations, including compliance monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives for client acquisition and relationship management with existing clients.

| Ideal Candidate Profile :
|
Education:
- LLB/LLM from reputed institutes will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience for Deputy Manager.

- Knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act provisions, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent drafting and documentation review skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and compliance timelines effectively
